This chair is COMPLETELY NOT worth the money. Mine quit working after a couple of months and I bought it new from Amazon, January 2026. I am still awaiting a response from OKUP to my email follow up email to see if they will replace it since it is still under warranty. Also, there is NO way a chair should not work while it is charging, this alone is ridiculous. You have to wait on the battery to charge before it can operate. Mine was charged overnight and still not working and all cables ARE connected as they should be.
These comments are so far quite unfortunate. Let me redeem the manufacturer. It is possible that the wires underneath the chair are not connected, or the chair is plugged in for charging, both of which will cause the buttons not to work. It only works when on battery; the controls are disabled during charging.
That said, it’s also possible a chair got to a customer with a problem. That didn’t happen to me. My chair, purchased through Amazon, shipped from California and arrived in about one week in RI (east coast). It’s everything it’s described to be, beautiful, and second only to my Lexus LS460 as the most comfortable seat I’ve ever sat in. I’m proud to own it and glad to have pulled the purchase trigger! No issues at all. This is a really beautiful chair and I very strongly recommend getting one. Great value, great build quality.

HIGHLY disappointed in this product!! Controls for heat and message do not work!!1 This chair is very expensive not to have all of the functions not work! Would not recommend at all!!!!!!!
I recently purchased the M80a chair and I really like it.
The only problem is, the seat is not as comfortable as I expected.
I can feel metal components underneath when I sit in the seat which makes it very uncomfortable to sit in for more than 5 minutes. I will need to purchase a separate seat cushion to try and make the seat portion more bearable.
