How long does delivery take?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please contact our customer service before sending anything back.

Items must be in original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return/exchange is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
