8-Year Limited Warranty

All OKUP office and recliner chairs are covered for 96 months from the date of delivery, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or office use.

What’s Covered

Structural parts: frame, base, arms, backrest.

Functional parts: gas lift, footrest, recline mechanism.

Electrical/motorized components.

Upholstery flaws due to manufacturing defects.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or fading.

Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Accidental damage, spills, or improper maintenance.

Products used in commercial or rental environments.

How to Make a Claim

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Your order number.

A short description of the issue.

Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps. Depending on the issue, we may offer:
