Chair Frame (Excluding Electronic Components): OKUP provides a 3-year limited warranty on the chair frame, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Electronic Components (Battery, Actuator, and Related Wiring): A 1-year limited warranty applies to all electronic components, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered
Structural Parts: Frame, base, arms, and backrest.
Functional Parts: Gas lift, footrest, and recline mechanism.
Electrical Systems: Motorized components and wiring.
Upholstery: Surface flaws due to manufacturing defects.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or fading.
Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Accidental damage, spills, or improper maintenance.
Products used in commercial or rental environments.
