2. Is the M78 the Right Fit for Your Space?
Due to its heavy-duty construction and motorized design, the M78 has proportions that differ from standard office chairs.
Desk Height Compatibility
The seat height adjusts from 22.6” to 25.4”, which sits slightly higher than average. We recommend measuring your desk clearance before ordering to ensure a comfortable fit.
Armrest Design
The M78 features fixed armrests that do not recline with the backrest. The height from the seat cushion to the armrest is approximately 6.1” (15.5 cm), providing a stable and supportive resting position while working.
Space Considerations
As our heaviest chair, the M78 is best suited for spacious, dedicated office environments where its scale and presence can be fully appreciated.
3. Understanding the Cordless Power System
The M78 is equipped with a built-in battery to maintain a clean, uncluttered workspace.
Charging Routine
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides enough power for up to one month of cordless use, depending on usage. Overnight charging is not required.
Safety Operation Logic
For safety and circuit protection, the chair cannot be operated while plugged in and charging.
Quick Tip:
If the battery is fully depleted and you need to reset the chair’s position, plug it in for about 5 minutes, unplug the charger, and you’ll have sufficient power to return the chair to your preferred setting.

Hi,
I have the M78 chair and cannot figure out how to adjust the height. The bar indicated in the manual does not allow the chair to raise up when I’m not sitting on it, and does not lower when sitting.
